The Winter Cup Race was held in on the weekend of November 5-6, 2005 in Wiena. The race was attended by 86 drivers in both stock and modified categories. The race was held on a very technical and difficult track with low grip.
The race started on Saturday with practice in the groups followed by open practice until 10:00PM. The fastest driver in practice was Peter Pinish in front of Martin Hudy and Michal Bok.

Qualifications and finals were held on Sunday. Final positions were determined from two best times from qualification rounds. From the qualification rounds, the top drivers were Martin, Peter, then Michal Bok (only 1 second behind Peter).

The first final was won by Martin in front of Peter. Martin had a bad start and after two mistakes in the first two laps Peter took the lead. Martin moved on third position but with very fast run he moved back to second place and at the end he started to follow Peter who was more than 3 seconds in the lead. After some nice maneuvers, Martin took the lead and won final by 1 second. Peter had a chance to attack Martin but he kept a clean run and after conflict he waited for him.

Martin changed setup for the second final and easily won that final. He also made fastest lap - 0.3 second faster than Peter. Michal Bok finished in second in front of Peter.
The third final was won by Peter in front of Michal and Martin. Martin who was already winner of this race made a small mistake after the start and let Peter and Michal go so they could battle for second place.
